Position Summary:
The Restaurant maintenance/dish employee is responsible for washing dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment. Work in collaboration with the kitchen and lounge areas, to ensure cleanliness and sanitation processes at all times. It is also responsible for general maintenance such as bathrooms, terrace and adjacent areas.

Work assignments:
- Collect and separate the dishes, utensils and equipment used in the preparation and presentation of food.
- Load and operate dishwasher and other cleaning equipment.
- Hand wash and sanitize utensils and equipment that cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
- Store clean utensils and equipment in their designated place.
- Help in the cleaning and general organization of the kitchen and restaurant.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and overall success of the restaurant.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

- Cleaning: Keep work area clean and assist the team in general (Scrubbing, sweeping, mapping, among others). Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and follow detailed instructions.
- Interpersonal Relations: You must adapt to the different personalities of customers, suppliers and co-workers without losing focus.
- Performance of General Physical Activities: You must occasionally perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate to maximum force, such as lifting, walking, and handling materials.
- Diplomacy- Empathy and courtesy in dealing with customers and co-workers.
- Image- Neat and discreet (good personal hygiene habits) and uniformed at all times.
- Organization- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Integrity- Oriented to work in accordance with the Company's Personnel Standards and Conduct Manual.
